Hello. My name is Todd Kromann. I'm a co-founder of Open Agile Solutions, Inc.

As an agile coach with over 25 years of experience, I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of companies and teams to implement agile principles and practices. My focus is on creating high-performing, collaborative teams through the use of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Lean, and DevOps.

In addition to my expertise in agile, I am also committed to helping businesses achieve their full potential through the development of adaptive synergy, a holistic approach that combines agile frameworks with other business practices.

Throughout my career, I have driven significant improvements in key performance indicators for organizations across various industries, and I am passionate about helping teams and organizations overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
